29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    (a)TimberRidge Framing and Construction, LLC at 3234 Navajo St., Denver, CO 80211:  On June 6, 2014 the employer did not ensure the employee was protected from injury, in that the employee was moving material and equipment near the edge of a wood frame residential construction without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall  hazard of approximately 50 feet.
