29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a.   4360 Barnsley Garden Way, Lot #531, Preserve at Fieldstone Subdivision, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  Employee were working and walking on the double top plates and floor joists while in the process of installing floor decking/sheathing approximately ten feet above ground level, without utilizing any type of fall protection, on or about June 05, 2014.
