Written machine specific energy control procedures for these machines were not developed and implemented.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:    Chop Saw Room - Employees were exposed to hazards in that the outlet was not covered with protective devices such as a faceplate to prevent contact with the open energized wires of the outlet.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
