29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Employees operating CNC mills and lathes were exposed to injuries and the employer did not ensure that the machines were guarded:    a.  The SU 125 TOS Celakovice horizontal lathe was not guarded to prevent contact with rotating parts and flying chips.    b. The Eriksen horizontal lathe (serial number 8-767) was not guarded to prevent contact with rotating parts and flying chips.    c. The SN 50 C TOS Trencin lathe was not guarded to prevent contact with rotating parts and flying chips.    d. The SN 63 C TOS Trencin lathe was not guarded to prevent contact with rotating parts and flying chips.    e. The Tray-Top Cincinnati lathe was not guarded to prevent contact with rotating parts and flying chips.    f. The Scharmann & Co. "German Mill" was not guarded to prevent contact from flying chips.    g. The metal belt sander was not guarded between the abrasive sanding material and the ingoing nip points of the pulleys.
