29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:   Allen Acres Job Site - An employee working from a ladder jack scaffold, greater than 10' above the ground, was not protected from falling.  Design Dwellings, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 112527015, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/31/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Tink Drive, Gorham, Me.
