29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Porch roof of residence located at 12709 Ruths Farm Way, Alpharetta, Georgia. Two employees installing siding from an unprotected low slope, 3 in 12 pitch, roof without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet 7-inches from the roof to ground level.
