29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. On or about June 11, 2014, an employee was working on the 6:12 pitch metal roof without the use of a fall protection system, being exposed to a 15-foot 8-inch fall hazard.
