29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure:  a) Assisted Living and Well Springs: Employees administering insulin and caring for residents are exposed to bloodborne pathogens and were not administered the first dose of the Hepatitis B vaccination within 10 working days of their initial assignment, on or about August 18, 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
