On or about June 11, 2014 at residential structure located at or near 14101 Overcreek, Woodlands Edge, AR 72211, employees were applying stucco to residential structure under construction. The employer did not ensure employees were protected by the use of a fall protection systems while applying stucco on exterior walls of residential structure from scaffolding. Employees were observed/exposed to trip and elevated fall hazards of greater than 10 feet to unfinished ground below.
