29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer did not mount, locate and identify portable fire extinguisher so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury: a) In the northeast corner of the warehouse. On or about June 11, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in case of an emergency, employees were exposed to burns from fire and explosion, as the Badger portable fire extinguishers were sitting on the floor and not identified with proper signage. b) In the southwest corner of the storage shed. On or about June 11, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in case of an emergency, employees were exposed to burns from fire and explosion, as the Buckeye portable fire extinguisher was sitting on the floor and not identified with proper signage. c) In the center of the west wall of the storage shed. On or about June 11, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in case of an emergency, employees were exposed to burns from fire and explosion, as the Buckeye portable fire extinguisher was sitting on the floor and not identified with proper signage.
