29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the material safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:   (a) On or about June 13, 2014, the employer did not train employees on the new chemical label and safety data sheet formats in accordance with the 2012 Hazard Communication Standard requirements.  Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
