29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use.  70 Elm Street, Worcester, Massachusetts:  On or about June 10, 2014 an employee was lifted by a Lull Model 844C-42 in a wooden work platform that was not approved by the manufacturer.
