29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent): a) On or about June 16, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a 10 foot fall hazards while working on the roof of RV vehicles. The employees were not protected from fall hazards by either standard guardrail system, personal fall arrest system, or a fall restraint system.
