29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguards designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting) must be in proper working order at all times.  a) On or about 6/18/14, in the POS area, a fire door at the bottom of the stairwell was compromised and lost its fire rating due to holes left where the key pad door handle was before and replaced with a different door opener.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    a) On or about 6/18/14, in the warehouse and garage, an eye wash station was not readily available for immediate emergency use where employees were exposed to caustic and corrosive materials such as, but not limited to: Echo 2-22 Purple, Castle 2-22 Red and CTI 710 HD.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
