The most recent example of this was found on the job site located at 21315 Walnut St., Elkhorn, NE 68022 where the employer has unprotected employees re-roofing an existing residential home without the use of fall protection.

The most recent example of this was found on the job site located at 21315 Walnut St., Elkhorn, NE 68022 where the employer has employees using an aluminum ladder as a means of access to the roof of an existing residential home without extending the ladder a minimum of three feet over the upper landing surface.
