29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   a) throughout the facility, on or about 7/15/14: A hazard communication was not developed and implemented for employees engaged pouring, molding and shakeout operations involving exposure to respirable dust, total dust and silica.  A written hazard communication program must contain at a minimum:   1) identity of person responsible for maintaining labels on containers   2) identity of person responsible for maintaining Safety Data Sheets and how to get copies.   3) identity of person responsible for training on the written hazard communication program, Safety Data Sheets and the hazards to which employees are exposed including how to protect against them.   Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
