29 CFR 1926.59: An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication in that the employer did not effectively ensure that the information concerning the hazards of all chemicals  to which the employees may be exposed to, was transmitted as accomplished by the means of the employer's comprehensive hazard communication programs including labeling and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets and employee training.     a) Chick-fil-A worksite, Milford, DE - employees were performing masonry work using a corrosive chemical: Sure Klean 600 masonry cleaner, without being provided hazard information included in safety data sheets and training.  The violation was observed on or about June 17, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) Chick-fil-A worksite, Milford, DE - employee was performing work on a JLG 450 AJ SkyPower aerial lift, approximately eleven feet above the grade, without the use of a safety harness and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket.  The violation was observed on or about June 17, 2014.
