29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets (SDS) for each hazardous chemical:  Elementary School, East Wing: On or about June 12, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer had not maintained an SDS for Nora 485 adhesive.  This condition exposed employees to a lack of information regarding chemical hazards in the workplace.

29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used:  Elementary School, East Wing:  On or about June 12, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the outer jacket of the flexible cord for the Super Coach backpack vacuum cleaner was damaged. This condition exposed the insulated conductors to additional damage.
