29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential Construction." Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502:    Instance a): This violation occurred on or about June 19, 2014 at a jobsite located at 104 Deerfield Street, Coppell, Texas; where one (1) employee was installing rafters on the top of the second story and was not protected from fall hazards of more than 20-feet to the lower level.    Instance b): This violation occurred on or about June 19, 2014 at a jobsite located at 104 Deerfield Street, Coppell, Texas; where one (1) employee was removing a 2x4 while standing directly on the edge of the garage wall top plate and was not protected from fall hazards of more than 11-feet to the lower level.
