29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace:   a) Throughout facility - The employer did not maintain a copy of the safety data sheet for Portland Cement to employees working with precast concrete burial vaults made of Portland cement. Employees were exposed to eye injuries, chemical burns and lung disease.

Employees were exposed to skin and eye irritations, chemical burns, and lung disease.
