29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:   Employees engaged in bricklaying with the use of a scaffold at the location of 20200 W. Kellogg, in Goddard, KS, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet from the working platform to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that a guardrail system was not in place to keep them from falling.
