29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:   a)  New Post Commissary along the front of building and side doors; On or about June 18, 2014 and at times prior thereto the creating and exposing employer Gunby Construction Co., Inc. failed to ensure its employees and employees of Peaden LLC were protected from impalement hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around protruding reinforcing steel which was not capped or otherwise guarded.
