(b) Lower roof, new residential construction located at 3040 haven Mill Lane, Milton, GA 30004: One employee was exposed to falls of approximately 14-feet, 7-inches to the lower level while installing Hardie-Shake Siding from a 4/12 pitched roof with no fall protection system in place.
