29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.    The employer failed to certify that the following cited hazards were corrected:    a) A lockout/tagout program was established for the CNC machine.    b) The facility bathrooms had visible mold growth around the bottom portion of the bathroom walls.    c) An exposure assessment was not conducted for hexavalent chromium for the employee TIG welding on stainless steel.    d) A written hazard communication program was not developed to inform and train employees on the occupational health hazards of metal working fluid and other chemicals the employees work with.
