29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:       a) Multi-family town house site located at Lots 400 through 450 of the Timber Creek subdivision in Alpharetta, Georgia.    Employees using pneumatic nail guns were exposed to eye injuries from flying debris, as they were not wearing protective wearing eye, safety glasses, while installing roof trusses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a) Multi-family town house site located on Lots 400 through 450 of the Timber Creek subdivision in Alpharetta, Georgia.  Employees installing roof trusses were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 29-feet 7-inches, while working from an unprotected exterior top plates without fall protection.
