29 CFR 1910.179(n)(4)(i): The upper limit switch of each hoist was not tried out under no load, at the beginning of each operator's shift:   a) Tekni Plex, Flemington, NJ facility:  Throughout facility:  Employer allowed employees to use approximately thirty-eight (38) hoists such as, but not limited to 2-ton Coffing hoist on machine 49,  2-ton SIS-12644 on machine 406, etc. prior to testing the upper limit switch under no load to determine if limit switch was operational.  Condition noted on/or about June 23, 2014
