29 CFR 1926.503(c): Retraining was not done when the employer had reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section:   a) Jobsite, 5111 Baum Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about June 23, 2014, the employer did not perform fall protection retraining for the staff where hazards such as falls of over 6 feet and swing hazards were possible while using existing fall protection systems/devices.
