29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  (a)Exterior Solutions Plus at 2462 and 2464 Concord Cir., Aurora, CO 80011:  On June 24, 2014, as the controlling employer, did not ensure the employees were protected from injury, in that employees engaged in roofing operations on a roof with a 5 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to at least approximately 12 feet.
