29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 6/24/14 at a construction project in the Quaker Area of Allegany State Park, Salamanca, New York; employees building cabins were sheathing a roof with an eave height of approximately 9 feet and a pitch of 5 in 12. There were no guardrails or net and the employees were not using personal fall arrest systems.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
