29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 5345 Linholli Circle, Powder Springs, GA: The employer exposed employees to lower level fall hazards of over 25-feet, while working from a 10:12 pitched roof with no means of approved fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee has been trained, as necessary, by a competent person in the use and operation of personal fall arrest systems:  a) Linholli Circle, Powder Springs, GA: The employer exposed employees to back and torso injuries from arresting forces. Employees were using body belts in lieu of full body harnesses as part of a personal fall arrest system.
