29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) At the site an employee was exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used when plywood was being cut while the employee was standing on a commercial roof  on or about 6/25/2014.
