29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(i): Before work subject to this standard began, the building and/or facility owner(s) did not determine the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) at the worksite pursuant to 29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(1):  The old electrical office, adjacent to maintenance office(s) where contracted renovation was performed, has vinyl flooring installed prior to 1980; meeting the criteria of presumed asbestos-containing material (PACM).  Ceiling tiles planned for removal from offices of maintenance manager & supervisor were not evaluated for asbestos presence either in the tile(s) structure or as settled surface contamination from TSI above them.  Condition(s) were noted on or about 6/24/2014.
