Tipton Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fire hazard in that a five gallon container of gasoline was located on the site used to refill generator without having an extinguisher available on the site.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a). Worksite located at 1420 N. Tipton, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a steep roof without the use of any means of fall protection.

Worksite located at 1420 N. Tipton Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that two of the ladders being used on the site were not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
