29 CFR 1910.110(d)(10):  Precautions were not taken to prevent damage to LP gas system(s) from vehicular traffic:  a- Prime Lube - Metal cage used to store standard size propane tanks for industrial trucks were stored near the dock doors and ramp.  Propane tanks were not distanced a minimum of 10 ft. from vehicular traffic.  Condition noted on or about 6/26/14.

29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Loads that were not stable or safely arranged were handled:  a- Prime Lube, Carteret, NJ - Forklift operators move unsecured pallets of empty drums throughout the facility.  A pallet containing four 55-gallon empty drums was being lowered to the ground, approx. 12 ft. high, when one of the drums fell off the pallet, striking an employee.        Condition noted on or about 6/26/14.
