29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.    a) Kitchen: A receptacle protruding from the floor near the steam table created a trip hazard for employees carrying hot trays, as observed on or about June 26, 2014.    b) Kitchen: An electrical cord was placed across the main aisle creating a trip hazard for employees carrying hot trays and pushing food carts, as observed on or about June 26, 2014.    Abatement Certification Required.
