29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) Out Side Front of Structure - Worker standing on a window ledge that was approximately 20 high, finishing window installation was  not protected from falling to the gravel and concrete below, on or about 6/20/2014.     For the purposes of this inspection, this employer was determined to be the controlling and correcting employer of the jobsite. The employer is being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy.      Abatement documentation required within10 days after abatement date. The documentation should include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
