29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer than 3 ft. to exposed and energized power lines:  a) 1305 South 15th Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employee had erected and worked on fabricated framed scaffold 2 sections high within 3 feet of the energized 120/240 volt electrical power lines. This hazard exposed the employee to a shock/electrocution hazard. This condition was observed on or about June 18, 2014.
