29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:   On or about June 16, 2014, at the Excalibur Stoneworks facility located at 3820 N.W. 39th Street in Oklahoma City, OK, two wood working table saws were not properly guarded, exposing employees to the hazard of lacerations and amputations.
