29 CFR 1926.304(f): Section 4.1.2(a) American National Standards Institute 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery as adopted by 29 CFR 1926.304(f): Circular hand-fed rip saws were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely encloses that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:        a) A DeWalt table saw was not equipped with a blade guard when used to rip lumber.        In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):         a) Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing carpentry work from a 10/12 pitched roof having a ground to eave height of approximately 24 feet without the use of fall protection.       b) Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while hoisting materials from the edge of a 10/12 pitched roof having a ground to eave height of approximately 24 feet without the use of fall protection.        In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
