29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) On or about 7/2/14 at Drasgow Inc. located at 4150 Poplar Tree Road, Gainesville, New York; in the production area, on the VX500 CNC machine, the interlock switch for the door is not operational to prevent accidental contact with rotating parts.  b) On or about 7/2/14 at Drasgow Inc. located at 4150 Poplar Tree Road, Gainesville, New York; in the production area, on the BND-34S CNC machine, the interlock switch for the door is not operational to prevent accidental contact with rotating parts.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel was not in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6:  a) On or about 7/2/14 at Drasgow Inc. located at 4150 Poplar Tree Road, Gainesville, New York; in the production area, liquefied petroleum fuel tanks for the powered industrial truck(s) were stored near an exit or means of egress.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
