The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2) Each exit must be clearly visible, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314898784, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Everett WA.  The U.S. Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2) Each exit must be clearly visible, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309097087, citation number 3, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on April 13, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at North Bend, WA.
