29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a)  936 Ocean Ave., Long Branch, NJ: On or about July 2, 2014 two Ocean R.E.S. employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 18 feet while installing shingles on the steep sloped roof of a residential structure, and were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
