29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.    On 6/17/2014, the general contractor, sub-contractor, and four sub-contractor employees were working on the roof of a residential building located at 8108 Glen Arbor Drive, OFallon MO.  The general contractor or controlling employer did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment.  Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    On 6/17/2014, the general contractor, sub-contractor, and four sub-contractor employees were working on the roof of a residential building located at 8108 Glen Arbor Drive, OFallon MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.
