Location:  813 Weed Street, New Canaan, CT 06840    Employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold were 24 inches away from the side of the house.

Location:  813 Weed Street, New Canaan, CT 06840    Employees were working on a scaffold platform that was resting on a cantilevered scaffold platform which extended a total of 30 inches over its support.
