29 CFR 1910.219(g): All projecting belts on friction drives where exposed to contact were not guarded:  CBRA:  On or about July 1, 2014 and times prior thereto, the CLS1-02 conveyor system did not have a enclosed guard where employees walked by the conveyor.  This exposed employees to potential caught in hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): Work space was less than 30 inches wide in front of electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less:   (a)  FIS:  On or about July1, 2014 and times prior thereto,  The area in front of the electrical panel was blocked by a standing fan.  This exposed employees to tripping hazards and delays in getting to the panel.

This exposed employees to smoke inhalation hazards from having a fire extinguisher not in working order.
