29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a)  2467 Route 10 Building 32, Morris Plains, NJ.     Employees were working on a roof surface without fall protection. Employees had harnesses but were not tied off and were thereby exposed to an approximate 20ft fall hazard.     Violation observed on or about 07/09/2014.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    a)  2467 Route 10 East, Morris Plains, NJ    Employee engaged in masonry activities on the ground was not wearing a hard hat, thereby exposing employee to struck-by hazard.     Violation observed on or about 07/09/2014.    Z-C-R Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 847904, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/18/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 141 Carteret Ave, Carteret, NJ.
