29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    a) Near front door in shop - On or about 7/16/2014, the fire extinguisher mounted on the wall was blocked by wooden stock, exposing employees to injuries while accessing the extinguisher. Employees are expected to extinguish incipient stage fires if necessary.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    a) Grizzly G0623X3 Table Saw - On or about 7/16/2014,employees using the saw were exposed to injuries from an unguarded saw blade.     NOTE: The PSI Table Saw Dust collection device is not a safety guard (Per Owner's Manual).

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:    a) Workshop - On or about 7/16/2014, for employees using chemicals from unlabeled secondary containers that contained a liquid bed lubricant (Clearco Paintable Silicone #40 Moulder Bed Lubricant, Category 3 Flammable Liquid).
