Davison Construction, 3042 Zimmerly Road, Erie, PA  16506, on or about July 10, 2014, and times prior thereto:  The flexible cord providing electrical power to a GE air compressor motor (M/N:  5KCR49SN2137X, S/N:  YMJ030447) for a Charge Air Pro air compressor (M/N:  IRF412-2, S/N:  9802023552) was damaged at the air compressor power switch box.  Damage included, but was not limited to, fraying that exposed the inner insulation wires.
