29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: a. On or about July 8, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, the site foreman of the roofing contractor failed to cease the work activities of a subcontractor's employees who were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a. On or about July 8, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees of a subcontractor were exposed to falls from the roof of a two story townhouse due to the lack of fall protection. The foreman for the project was representing CBA Custom Construction Inc. and was on site with the roofing crew.
