29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.    a.  On or about July 11, 2014, in the facility, employees were exposed to hazards associated with combustible dust.  The facility was not clean and combustible dust had accumulated in work areas including, but not limited to process and electrical equipment.        THE GREIF PACKAGING LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 924069, CITATION ITEM 1,  ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 4, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 150 E. NORTH STREET, BRADLEY, IL, 60915.
